#1Dear IDENTIGENE Staff,I have taken 2 dna test by Indentigene in the last two weeks. The first test was done with the baby and just me the father. The 2nd was done with the mother, father and the child. The first test results say that I am not the father 0%, the second test results say that I am the father or cannot not be excluded 99.99%. Which one is right? How could this have happened. Please Help!!!!Please contact me by phone (318 573 ****) or email (email@example.com) as soon as possible.Sincerely,Ikron Alexander
#2Hello Ikron,Thank you for choosing Identigene. I had my manager look into your two different test results, and the Alleged Father's DNA (markers) profile are different, that is why there are two different results. So the samples that we got in to be testes on both of these cases are two different people. On saying which test is correct, we cannot answer that questions, but the know you know for a fact that you sent in and you know who' s samples you did send in. If you have anymore questions or concerns, please feel free to call us at 888-404-4363 and we would be able to assist you. There is no doubt. It appears to me that my sample have been mixed up with someone elses. I know that I swabbed my own mouth on both occassions. This was only a few days ago. This is not something I have to think about very long about. The only question I have for you is how did this happened. I know what I did... So a mistake must have been made on your end. I'm going to need further clarification on your part because saying that the samples contain DNA of two different men in not gonna fly. I know who was in my house when this happened; the samples were collected carefully with no foul play involved. After this email I got no response for several days so I sent another email:
#4I need the phone number of someone I can talk to about this. Saying that two men were involved is just beyond me which is why I'm going to continues to pursue this matter. I was the only man invovled in these test!!!! I emailed you the email below 2 days ago. You also say you don't know which one is correct?? Well I didnt know they could be wrong. Apparently there both correct if two men were invloved. I need better answers!! Thank you. Ikron Alexander
